Dr. Taylor Mauriello is an award-winning researcher, keynote speaker, and leadership strategist on a mission to cultivate organizations and leaders that are brave, equitable, and equipped to tackle the most challenging issues of our time. Internationally recognized for her expertise on psychological safety, high-performance teams, and organizational transformation, Taylor has sparked change for world-class organizations, including Microsoft, Cisco, Merck, Yale Medical School, Bloomberg, Prudential Assurance, PepsiCo and many more. Taylor’s research has won multiple awards, including recognition by the International Leadership Association.
